Fresh and approachable on the nose, with lively notes of pear, pineapple, grass, and lemon zest. The palate features bright acidity, with balanced flavours of lime juice, margarita, pineapple, green mango, kiwi, and creamy papaya on the finish.
A dry, full-bodied, and sophisticated Burgundian-style Chardonnay with distinctive aromas of caramel, lemon curd, marmalade, peony, brioche, and pastry on the nose. The palate presents full and ripe notes of preserved lemon rind, green almond, sourdough, vanilla, and nectarine.
A light-bodied, spicy, and earthy blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Saignée, best served chilled.
A robust, flavourful, and spicy medium-bodied Syrah with soft, ripe tannins. Revealing a bouquet of black pepper, cherry, currant, tobacco, truffle, and baking spices on the nose, accompanied by powerful notes of black cherry jam, thyme, white pepper, hibiscus, and roasted raspberry on the palate.
A Bordeaux-style blend of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. The nose reveals aromas of red cherries and strawberries, with hints of coconut, baking spices, and dried flowers. On the palate, experience notes of dark red fruits, tobacco, and mint, enriched by pomegranate juice, cherry pie filling, pastry, and a lingering earthy finish.
Elegantly perfumed and delicate, with notes of bell pepper, black currant, dark plum, cherry, tobacco, dried violet, and volcanic rock. The palate presents a delicious array of red plum, blueberry, pepper, baking spice, and sun-dried tomato.
Renowned for its intense fuchsia hues, this Malbec offers an earthy and spicy profile with vibrant raspberry acidity, accompanied by notes of red plum, raspberry, black currant, cherry, eucalyptus, black tea, nutmeg, date, and rose on the nose. On the palate, expect a burst of juicy black cherry intertwined with raspberry, date, dill, saffron, and blueberry flavours. Only 140 cases were produced of this small-batch, unique, and expressive wine.
A medium to full-bodied Merlot with medium tannins and a long finish. Aromas of black plum, black cherry, blueberry syrup, tobacco, potting soil, and vanilla on the nose. Bold flavours of chocolate-covered raisin, coconut, dried cherry, cinnamon, fruit cake, and dried black olive to taste. Only 140 cases produced.
