The evening will feature Rosé and canapés upon arrival, followed by four courses prepared by Chef Chris Van Hooydonk and the Backyard Farm culinary team. The curated menu will showcase the seasonal bounty of the farm and our local quality-minded farming partners and producers, capturing the essence of an intimate food and wine pairing experience. Each dish will be complemented by one of our best-selling and most exclusive wines, accompanied by a brief presentation from a member of our team.
