Our Rosé was inspired by the elegance, simplicity, and beauty of a classic Provence-style Rosé. Elegant scents of grapefruit, chilli, red apple, rose water, mandarin, arugula, and gooseberry on the nose. The palate is powerful yet smooth, featuring flavours of red licorice, pomegranate, grenadine, red beet, and fresh strawberry.
Dry and full-bodied, featuring crisp acidity and a long, elevated finish. This vintage showcases prominent aromas of key lime pie, margarita, jasmine, and ripe pineapple. The palate unfolds with soft, luscious notes of grapefruit, mint, kiwi, and jalapeño.
Rich and medium-bodied, exhibiting bright acidity. The nose reveals a floral and tropical bouquet, featuring aromas of guava, papaya, lychee, elderflower, lilac, quince, and golden apple. On the palate, enjoy notes of candied lime, elderflower, dried papaya, and apricot. Only 75 cases produced.
A dry, full-bodied, and sophisticated Burgundian-style Chardonnay with distinctive aromas of caramel, lemon curd, marmalade, peony, brioche, and pastry on the nose. The palate presents full and ripe notes of preserved lemon rind, green almond, sourdough, vanilla, and nectarine.
A light-bodied, spicy, and earthy blend of Gamay, Pinot Noir, and Saignée, best served chilled.
A robust, flavourful, and spicy medium-bodied Syrah with soft, ripe tannins. Revealing a bouquet of black pepper, cherry, currant, tobacco, truffle, and baking spices on the nose, accompanied by powerful notes of black cherry jam, thyme, white pepper, hibiscus, and roasted raspberry on the palate.
A Bordeaux-style blend of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Malbec, and Petit Verdot. The front palate is bright with notes of red fruits and herbs, followed by the mid-body carrying the richness of the French oak barrels. The finish is long with flavours of currant, cocoa, and black cherry, accompanied by balanced tannins and herbaceous intensity.
Elegantly perfumed and delicate, with notes of bell pepper, black currant, dark plum, cherry, tobacco, dried violet, and volcanic rock. The palate presents a delicious array of red plum, blueberry, pepper, baking spice, and sun-dried tomato.
An earthy and spicy Malbec with bold scents of red plum, raspberry, black currant, cherry, eucalyptus, black tea, and nutmeg. A burst of juicy black cherry on the palate paired with complimenting flavours of sour raspberry, date, dill, saffron, and blueberry. Only 140 cases produced.
